Yes. Every product requires a prescription from a licensed provider, issued after a real medical evaluation. Completing our form is a request for an evaluation — it is not a purchase of a drug, and approval is not guaranteed.

No, and the distinction matters. These are compounded preparations made by licensed 503A pharmacies. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded medications — it regulates the pharmacies that make them, not the individual preparations. That is precisely why we publish what we do: because nobody else is verifying it for you, we release every batch against LC-MS/MS identity, HPLC potency to a 99.0% specification, LAL endotoxin, USP <71> sterility and USP <788> particulates, with mandatory sign-off. In July 2026 the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend several peptides — including BPC-157, TB-500, KPV and MOTS-c — for Category 1 compoundability. An advisory-committee recommendation is not an approval and not an endorsement of safety or efficacy. Epitalon and Semax were not part of that recommendation.

A 503A is a compounding pharmacy that prepares medications to order, for an individual patient, against a specific prescription. It is regulated under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and by state boards of pharmacy. It is not a manufacturer, and it does not make products for general sale.

Every lot is released against identity by LC-MS/MS, potency by HPLC against a 99.0% specification, endotoxin by LAL, sterility per USP <71>, and particulates per USP <788>. API is sourced only from Tier-1 U.S. and allied producers with an auditable certificate of analysis, chiral panel and residual-solvent data on every lot.

Yes. Every vial carries a lot number, and you can look that lot up on our verification page to see its release panel. That is the whole point of the company.
