How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

Every step below describes what happens today, including the parts that are not finished.

  1. 1

    Take the assessment

About two minutes. It asks your goal, some context, and runs a safety screen. Some answers mean we cannot serve you — that is the screen working.

Your answers stay in your browser tab. They are never put in a web address and never sent to advertising or analytics services.

  2. 2

    A licensed provider reviews

A provider licensed in the United States reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate.

Approval is not guaranteed, and you are not charged if a provider declines. That is a clinical judgment, not a rejection of you.

  3. 3

    We compound and ship

Your prescription is compounded to order in a licensed 503A pharmacy we own, and released against its testing panel before it ships.

Every vial carries a lot number you can look up to see that lot’s own results.

  4. 4

    Ongoing care and refills

Reorder, adjust or stop. Your provider stays involved.

[TBD] Refill cadence, cancellation and auto-renewal terms will be published in full before any charge is made.

What a provider actually reviews

  • Your stated goal and the context you gave
  • Your age range and sex at birth, which affect dosing
  • Your safety screen answers
  • Medications and conditions you disclosed

[TBD-CLINICAL] The full clinical review protocol and contraindication list are being written by a licensed clinician. We are not going to describe a protocol we have not been given.
