Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy, and it covers only consumer health data. It exists because Washington, Nevada and several other states require it — and because you should be able to read it on its own.
What counts as consumer health data
Consumer health data is any information that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health status. On this site, that includes the answers you give in our assessment: your health goal, symptoms you report, the safety screen, and anything you tell us about medications or conditions.
What we collect, and when
We do not collect any health data until you give us explicit permission. The assessment begins with a consent step, and no health question is shown until you agree to it.
- Your stated health goal and any symptoms you select
- Your responses to the safety screen
- Age range and sex at birth, which affect what a provider may prescribe
- Height and weight, if you choose to provide them
How your assessment answers are handled
Your answers are stored in your browser tab only, using session storage, and are deleted when you close the tab. They are never placed in a web address, so no link you share can expose them.
When you reserve your place, we save the recommendation the assessment produced — not the underlying symptom checklist — along with the contact details you give us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell consumer health data.
- We do not send health data to advertising networks, analytics providers or A/B testing tools. This site currently loads no third-party trackers of any kind.
- We do not use health data to target advertising to you.
Who we share it with

We will not describe them in general terms when the specifics are what matter.Your rights
You have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your assessment answers directly from the results or not-eligible page, and you can email us to remove anything we have saved.
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling your consumer health data, and access it.
- Delete your consumer health data, including copies held by our processors.
- Appeal a refusal of any of the above.
