How we evaluate evidence

We describe what a molecule is before we describe what it might do. Where research exists, we say it has been studied — not that it is proven. Where we cannot name a study, we do not reference the research at all.

Several sections of this site are visibly incomplete for exactly this reason. A blank marked [TBD-CLINICAL] means a licensed clinician has not signed off yet. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with something that reads well.
