Privacy Policy

This is a structural template, not a finalized policy. It is published so you can see what we intend to cover; counsel must complete it before launch.

Last updated: [TBD] — this document has not been finalized.

[TBD-LEGAL] — this document is not final We would rather ship a visibly incomplete policy than a plausible-looking one that has not been reviewed. Health information is covered separately in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, state.
  • Your product and plan preference.
  • Basic request metadata, such as the campaign parameters in a link you followed.

Health information collected through the assessment is governed by the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card information anywhere on this site. There is no payment form, and no field on any page accepts a card number.

Third-party tracking

This site currently loads no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or A/B testing tools. That is a deliberate decision for a site that touches health information, and it is verified by an automated test on every build.

How we use it

  • To contact you when we launch.
  • To prepare an intake for a licensed provider.
  • To operate and secure the site.

How long we keep it

[TBD-LEGAL] Retention periods need counsel sign-off.

Your rights

[TBD-LEGAL] State-specific rights (California CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others), the verification process, and the request mechanism must be completed here.
