These terms do not exist yet. This page says so rather than borrowing someone else's.

Delivery times, shipping cost, packaging discretion, cancellation and returns
are commercial commitments nobody at NPS has made yet. Publishing a
competitor's terms as if they were ours would be a lie that is easy to write
and expensive to retract. So this page is deliberately empty until the terms
are real.
What we can tell you today
- Compounded preparations are made to order against your prescription, so they are generally not returnable once dispensed. The specifics will be set out here.
- Our launch state footprint has not been published. Our 503A network is being built to reach all 50 states by year five — that is a target, not where we are today.
- There is no payment step on this site at present, so nothing has been charged and nothing needs refunding.
