What this site is, and is not

This site provides general information and a mechanism to request a medical evaluation. It does not provide medical advice, and using it does not create a provider–patient relationship. A relationship is created only when a licensed provider accepts you following an evaluation.

No purchase of a drug

Submitting a request is a request for a medical evaluation. It is not a purchase of a drug, and approval is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in a U.S. state we serve.

Pricing, billing and cancellation
