What telehealth means here

A provider licensed in your state reviews the information you submit and, where appropriate, may communicate with you by message, phone or video. There is no in-person physical examination.

The limits of an online evaluation

• A provider cannot examine you physically or order every test they might in person.
• The evaluation depends on the accuracy of what you tell us.
• A provider may decline to prescribe. That is a clinical judgment and a normal outcome.
• Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
